The event co-created by Tessa Ann from Tessa Un Ltd, The Sound Healing Spa and Braid Arts Centre NI will explore how concepts and practices using the medium of sound can potentially be used to support wellbeing and a healthy connection with the environment.

On the day you’ll have the opportunity to hear about inspirational sound projects that have been created to support communities and explore how you can contribute to this growing industry.

During the event you will have the opportunity to participate in sound practices through engaging in an open conversation exploring ways to enhance your wellbeing practice with sound.
